I am not getting the shared user email, or the rest password email

    1. Firstly, please check your junk mail for the request email.
    2. If the email has not come through, your email server may have blocked the mail. Please delete the user in the shared door screen and attempt to re-set them up by triggering the mail for a second time it may be allowed
      through your mail server.
