Why are notifications not coming through on my mobile app?

  1. Please make sure you are not logged in on another users’ phone. Only the latest logged in account will get the regular status notifications.
  2. To ensure you are the latest logged in account you can log out of the app and log back in again.
  3. Please check that your hub is online.
  4. Please check that your phones has the correct phone settings you can check them by clicking here.
